Assemblies is the line of interchangeable parts of the product in manufacturing companies which are provided in sequential manner, providing a more finished end product for the consumer. The best assembly is known as moving assembly line. Ford motors were the first one who introduced assembly in 1908 and then in 1913. Ford was the first company who built the concept of assemblies in their organization. No one says who actually invented the assemblies, as this concept was started by many organizations at once. It was started in late 19th century and in the beginning of 20th century. Tool path provides the interchangeable property and these are machine tools, jigs and fixtures. Different assembly lines are provided by the organizations and these are:
Cable assemblies provide cables and their other tools for further use, cable assemblies are the extra cables that are provided by the manufacturing companies. These cables are interchangeable when the first cable get destroy. This help in changing the cables and small tools of the product rather changing the whole product. This makes the thing very cheap. These cables can be from a T.V. cable to fiber optic cable assemblies. Rather than changing the whole system the assembly line provides to change that part of the product which is not working properly.
Car industry mainly works for assembly line as they provide different accessories, which are changeable rather changing the whole car. They usually provide different services, like the changing of tires and other internal part rather changing the whole car. This car industry facilitates the consumers who cannot change their car each year. Therefore, the company that introduces the assembly line for their car is more in the market. Ford Company is among them who use to produce their assembly line since late 19th century.
Bicycle and motorcycle industries used to introduce brake pedal assemblies that make the consumer comfortable that only involves the changing of the small accessories of the product rather changing the whole product.
Custom cable assemblies produce the fabrics cables or special types of cables that can be changed. These cables may be the cables of electricity of telephone lines. When the technology advances then the whole system is not changed rather all the accessories or the system parts are changed in order to make the process easier. If a telephone system changes then the main server or main system did not change, rather the cables used to make a network in whole country is changed.
Domestic products also hold different products whose parts can be changeable. Television wiring or cable can be changed; similarly, mower-bearing assemblies allow changing the part of the lawn mower that helps in making the work easier. Similarly, different vacuum parts are interchangeable which makes the work easier. These parts hold all the facilities and are easily changeable. Similarly, many kitchen utensils hold the property of assembly line that makes the work easier. Food factory hold the parts that can be changeable.
Army technology involves different things whose parts cannot be changed. This includes riffles that provide ar-15 upper assemblies and ar-15 upper barrel assemblies, which involves the changing of bonnet or any part of the riffle.
Slip ring assemblies provides comfort to the electric industries where the noisy rings are changed to rings which are more fine and produce less noise. These slip rings provide the electric companies more comfort; as they do not need to change the whole machine rather change the machine parts.
Trailer axle assemblies provide the assemblies in axles, trailer wheels, trailer tires and many other parts. They provide an assembly line including brake equipment, suspension parts and jack.
