Welding

Welding is the most important and common type of metal forming in which different part of metals are joined together to form a frame for different purpose. Spot welding is a resistance welding in which two electrodes are joined with metal piece and electricity is passed from it. These processes hold sufficient energy, easy method, high productivity and quality piece of work.

Seam welding is a process in which along with electricity the pressure is also passed within the two electrodes. This process is very costly but produces very fine products. It is easy process and fewer precautions are needed for it.

Energy beam welding is a process in which the laser beams are used to join the two metal parts. The laser beam is produced from laser machine. The lasers can pass in two axes: X-axis and Y-axis. This process is very expensive but it gives high quality work that no other welding process gives. Laser beams or electrons are used not only for welding but also for finishing the surface of the metal.

Mig welding protect the piece of metal from contamination. It invovles different gases and it is an automatic process performed by different machines. It is also known as gas metal arc welding.

Tig welding is the welding process used to tungsten electrodes holding mixture of gases. Usually thin metals are used for this welding purpose. This welding process is considered to be giving the best result.
