3. Quality function deployment is another TQM tool, which is use to fulfill beyond the customer expectations. It is actually refer to the voice of customer.

Quality management system is a system that holds series of standards that must be used by each organization. In 1946, International Organization of Standardization (ISO) was established in United States in order to promote the development in international standards, which will facilitate in export and import of goods and services. ISO 9000: It applied to construction, engineering, health care, legal and other professional and manufacturing services.
ISO 9001: This standard has eight clauses, Scope, Normative References, Definitions, Quality management systems, Management responsibility, Resource management, product/service realization, and Measurement, Analysis, and Improvement.
ISO 14000: It has two separate areas- the organization evaluation standards and the product evaluation standards. It is actually environmental management system.
ISO 14001: it actually holds elements that help in achieving environmental and economic goals.
Project quality management is the steps and tools used in achieving the project with maximum quality. Different projects by different organizations, either a government project or a private project of any international company, each project needs total quality, which should be beyond customer expectations.
